Filling of itr prior to issue date of pan card

I have taken pan card which is issued on 14th fab 2014. and i wann to file my itr for AY 12-13 &13-14 ? is there any issue in it considering the fact pan is obtained on 14th fab 2014 for first time ?

NO problem both returns will be considered as late u/s 139(4)...thanks and regards.

returns can be filed now as belated

and revised return not possible but rectification can be done after receipt of intimation u/s 143

THE RETURN FOR AY 2013-14 WAS LATE FILED....WHAT IF I DONOT SEND ITR V WITHIN 120 DAYS......??? NOW THE ORIGINAL RETURN WOULD BE VOID....SO CAN I FILE ANOTHER RETURN THEN?
