actually in the exam form they have provided the blocks for writing our name but my name is exceeding the blocks what i need to do.

my friend made mistake in filing the form... rether i would say that he missed to darken the circles of his name in the form n forgot to sign page 2 of form A... we tried to contact institute but there is no response from there... what to do...
