You will have to pay Rs.2000/- penalty for dealy filing of ST-3, Interest is not liable in case of delay filing of ST-3.

I HAVE NOT FILED THE RETURNS OF SERVICE TAX FOR APRIL 07 TO 30 SEP AND ALSO ACTOBER 07 TO MAR 2008 I.E 2 HALF YEARLY RETURNS AND ALSO PREVIOUS TO THIS YEAR 2 HALF YEARLY RETURN
PLEASE ADVICE IF THERE IS ANY WAIVER OF PENALTY OR SHOULD I PAY HOWMUCH
