Please confirm me, I am going to file the WEALTH TAX return for the Financial Year 2009 - 2010( Year Ending 2010), Tax Liability approxmatly Rs. 130000/-
Whether i can file it now, if yes what is the Interest and penalty if any to pay.

actually the due date for filing wealth tax return is according to sec 139 of income tax act. if it is not furshihed with in due date then refer sec 15,15B (3), 17B, 18, 18A
yes u can file the return sir but interst @ 1% of every month 9part of month also) from due date of furnishing return to date of filing return of income
