In this case who is responsible to file the return for F.Y. 2018-19 - Mr A and Mr B or Mr C and Mr D? Please give reference to the appropriate Section of the Act.

Who ever is director as on 31st march 2019 is responsible for filing return.
Whoever is director at the time of filing return is responsible to file return and verify it as a director /managing director or to be verified by authorised representative
