Filing of resolutions with roc - section 179(3)

Hello,

This is pertaining to Companies Act, 2013. As per section 117(3)(g) resolutions passed under section 179(3) have to be filed with ROC.

Query : Does this include notings made in Board of Directors meetings as to (i) appointment or removal of one level below the Key Management Personnel (ii) note of disclosure of directors interest and shareholding, as per Rule 8 of Chapter 12 'Companies Meetings of Board and its powers Rules, 2014'.

Experts may please clarify.
