I did not file return for A.Y.2019-20 and 2020-21.Whether I can file that return on new income tax portal?

For returns of F.Y 2018-19 and F.Y 2019-20 , you can file , only in case of refund for that ,you have to take approval form CIT in terms of condonation delay , and after approval from CIT you can file ITR for above period .
No..there no refund ..I simply want to file return..is it possible
As per circular of CBDT , you can only file returns for previous period in case of refund and set of losses .
