I have applied with NSDL for online filing of e-tds return through Digital signature and got the approval from NSDL for the same.
I have also been sent a mail from NSDL informing the user id for logging in the nsdl site for such online upload.
when i try to login using the user id, a digital signature selection window of Tata Consultancy services appears from where i am required to select the DSC which i intend to use for approving the online upload from our end.
In that window i am not getting the DSC details (window is blank) so that i am not able to select any DSC and get inside the site for further procedures.
Pls advice me on what could be the problem for the same?? Both NSDL and integrated are silent on the issue.
