Filing of offer circularof GDR to ROC

I think no need to file GDR Offer Circular with ROC.

Only filed with stock exchanges where the company is listed.

But i think that it is mandatory. Please check again and if possible, provide any relevant case or company name for further clarifications. I think it is just like filing of prospectus.
