What is the procedure of filing ITR by L.R.of deceased assesse. What are docts reqd to be uploaded?

1.Death Certificate
2. PAN CARD OF DECEASED
3. BANK NOMINATION CERTIFCATE

Income till death has to be filed under PAN of the deceased by adding a legal representative as a signatory/ verifier from Income Tax Website.

If income accrued or raised after death then you may proceed as per above replies

Here income accrued does not arise.

If a person has FDs and died on 1st June and interest credit on monthly basis then won't it araise ?

Till FD is closed/ matured , income will be araising
