Is there any means by which we can file the returns for the financial year 2015-16 & 2016-17? Even with late fees?

There is only one way to file your returns. Possible only when your AO sends you a notice u/s 142(1). Other then that no other option available.
all doors are closed now
Any reason you want to file it now without receiving any intimation from AO?
