Filing of fte under mca

Sir,

A pvt ltd company was incorporated some 10 years ago. Though it carry on some business 5 years ago, it has not done any work for the last 5 years. Balance sheet & Annual Return have been filed upto F Y 2008-09 (31.03.2009). I am interested in getting the company struck off as defunct company. The problem is that I am the only director at present. Out of two directors, the other one died in July 2011.

How to go for FTE
