Filing of Form2 for issue of shares for promoters

Hello!

Form 2 is need not to be filed in that case...........And the reson or rather i should use logic behind that they are the subscribers to memorandum of the co. For the purpose to bring that co. into existence some minimum capital needs to be thr and thy are compling with that provision.............
