When starting a company the shares will be alloted to the promoters as subscribers of memorandum, In that case whether Form 2 should be filed and if not what is the reason.
Please let me know of the details.

Form 2 is need not to be filed in that case...........And the reson or rather i should use logic behind that they are the subscribers to memorandum of the co. For the purpose to bring that co. into existence some minimum capital needs to be thr and thy are compling with that provision.............
