filing of form -8 regarding satisfaction of charge

f-13 has  been Obsoleted.

Only Form8 is reqd now.... there is no need of old form13....

Please clearify ur query in detail..

DSC of Chargeholder is mandatory for e-filing Form8.. widout that the form cant be uploaded.

if bank refuses then the bank is creating problem for itself coz in statutory audit, the auditor will qualify in his report..  Practical solution is that u shud convince for filing form8.. even then they r not agree den just take a letter from bank manager for the same under rubber stamp f bank so that if u get ny query from ROC, den u can justify the ground because of which the company was not able to upload e-form.

Dear Sir,we have advanced a Generator Set to Company on 07.07.2010 but charge has been created on 06.09.2010 will it be a valid charge  when the charge creation time is 30 days and what is the exact time for filing the charge in ROC.  Thanking You
