Till now it is not updated through online or the form is made available in download option in other forms
The IT web portal does not have provison to file Form 68 on-line. Only option is that it can be uploaded against the Penalty Proceedings by submitting the Soft Copy of the Form 68 as reply to the Penalty Notice.
As i think, there is no such facility to file and upload Form No.68 online on income tax website.
Many income tax officers are not aware about manual submission. They are insisting upon online submission whereas form is not available online. Any income tax circular/notification which can be showed to them?
Form 68 has tobe filed online only.
