Filing of form 20b by public company din of only 2 directors

 There is no other way, you have to get the din number of other two directors to file form 20B with ROC.

you can try following 2 options:

1. appoint one more director having din, file 32 and then file 20B.

2. scan a physically signed copy of form 20B and attach it to form 61 alongwith clarification letter. file form 61 and request ROC to upload scanned form 20B from his portal.

if you know the name of the directors who have not given the DIN and PAN to the company, you can very well find it our from the MCA website from signatory details coloumn, also if it is not mentioned there, then you can login in your account on mca and check it from the tab "person is or was a director" under services tab. you can get the data from there.
