you can refer to TDSMAN software for preparation of eTDS return.
As far as i know, TDSMAN is an easy to use TDS software for filing TDS returns as per TIN Nsdl. It generates eTDS returns for form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, 27EQ & also prints TDS certificate - form 16, form 16A.
