We didn't have any works in 2018-19 but we have procured the materials and we have ITC on them. We have utilised that ITC in May- 2019 returns. Here we have some doubts about filling of Annual returns for FY.2018-19.
1. Based on turnover Do we have to file the annual returns?
2. If We have to file the annual returns, Where should we mention that ITC?
3. We have both Eligible ITC (i.e on materials procured for business purposes) and ineligible ITC (materials procured but used for personal use) in GSTR-2A.
Please Suggest us.
