Filing of 10e
What is due date of filing Form 10E? If ITR is filed for F.Y.14-15 and Form 10E is not filed for claiming relief of arrears because of non filing 10E, CPC is not consider refund claimed U/s 89. Then how to claim refund

Now file form 10E first and revise the return after entering 10E acknowledgement no. in revised return.
