It clarifies that a revised return can be filed by the legal heir, even after the original return has been accepted and processed. The conversation also touches upon queries regarding demand notices and the transfer of funds from joint accounts.

Yes return can be revised in the same manner as original return filed in the capacity of legal heir irrespective of the fact whether money transferred or not.

Why you received demand and notice?
