I am having income from interest and giving tutions. My CA has filed ITR1 instead of ITR4 what shll I do??

Just file a revised return under section a 139(5) and write the number of existing return in the revised return, There is no limit on number if times a return can be revised till it is assesse by IT dept, which i assume is your case,

ITR - 4 scheme is not yet available. So wait till it is made available. And then you can file a revised return. The procedure is same for the revised also, as you file the original, except that you need to select the option "revised" (in place of original) for the type of return.

I have foreign tax credit instead of filing ITR-2, i have filed ITR-1. There is no such column exist in ITR-1 for foreign tax credit. The return has been processed and demand has been raised on me.What to do to file ITR-2
