Filed ITR cancellation
dear sir I file ITR 2017-18 with penalty but not submitted acknowledgement ... but my client in not wanna payment so I want to cancel ITR file it's possible ....and what about my paid penalty is this refund ya not refunded

can't do anything.. Its a loss.
pressurise your client to reimburse you and present the benefits of filing ITR.
however word cancellation in this regard is not in the dictionary of ITD.

ITR is not verified as we can read. So now It is invalid. No benefit for client.
Pray to God that he may receive notice to file ITR and he contact you. in that case you can use that tax payment.

it means I can't do anything 😭 with...loss my money 10k ... but ITR isn't verified before 90 day which type notice will issue
when itr is not verified it becomes Invalid.. So if assessee was liable to file Income Tax Return, Department may issue notice to file him ITR.
