whether the BPO Industry is good for CA's . If we join BPO does the indian industry count the experience in BPO as I heard if you join this industry it would be difficult to look back & go in indian industry. please share your views.

The question of whether your experience would eb counted in BPO industry or not is very simple..
TOday BPO industry is at boom and it really adds on to your resume. There is no such thing like your experience would not be counted. It also offers good pay packages apart from making you responsible i.e. u would have a good job profile. You may also have chance to move out of countyr if yopu perform better.
So dont hesitate...!
Joining Bpo for a temporary peroid is good....1 year is okay...later shift to an MNC... Ask yourself...Example -i m an employee of infosys bpo OR i m infosyian...?
what makes u feel better...ummm..Lot of things matter...job satisfication,self respect, environment, friends/location,package,...
