Please ... keep the QUOTA thing out of CA ... everyone shud be treated equally...

it means men doesn't want females to compare them.

Being a female i dont think its right to allow any reservation for females.

C.A. is a profession which seeks no difference b/w male and female.

its only test of your knowledge & intelligence.

hey! here is a female chartered accountant....no need for any reservation or quota in CA......we don't want the quality of our profession go down.

RELAXATION OR RESERVATION DOESN'T MEANS THAT THE QUALITY OF THIS HIGHER PROFESSION SHALL LAID DOWN, ICAI CAN GIVE INCOURAGE VIA EXTRA STUDY MATERIAL, FLEXIBLE TIME SCHEDULE ETC.

THIS WILL ATTRACT FEMALES TO THIS PROFESSION.

I THINK THAT THIS TYPE OF RESERVATION WILL HELPS TO THE FEMALE AND THE GRACEFUL OF THIS PROFESSION DOESN'T HEART.

BY THE WAY I HAVE SEEN MANY CA WHO SIGNS THE BALANCE SHEET ONLY FOR MONEY, THEY DON'T BOTHER TO CHECK THE RELEVANCY OF B/S. THEN WHAT TYPE OF DIGNITY  THEY  HAVE MAINTAINED.

your name is rajesh, you  are male, why u r worried abt female, we are already having some reservations in civil services exams... ca, cs, law, and icwa are such profession which is open for all... ab doobaara mat poochna.....
