you are requested to share the detailed procedure.what formalities to be compiled by Pvt.company in case of FDI.anybody is having the checklist plz share...

1. u need to take the valuation report certified by CA
2.The share issue price shall not be less than the price arrived by valuer
3.File GC GPR within 180 days of allotment of shares
4.Obtain FIRC KYC from bank
5.Intimate to RBI regarding receipt of funds within 30 days of receipt of money.
