Is there any clarification regarding levy of Fees on Late Filing of GSTR 3b, can it be waived off? Is it refundable?

maximum is 5k .... dont worry about it we hope that late fee of 200 (50% cgst+50%sgst) will take off if its take off its refubdable but you have to claim on it claim option not avialable yet if late fee take off but 18% intrest is compulsary have to pay for penalty
