Can anybody tell me which Income Tax Return form is used for Fees for professional and Technical service income u/s 194 J ?

ITR 4 is to be used for if Total income constitutes Professional fee/Technical fee. Pl take care if Professional receipts are coming under Sec.44AB ie. the gross receipts are Rs.25.00 lakhs for AY 2013-14 ( For AY 2012-13 it is Rs.15.00Lakhs).And also as per Sec 44 AA , books of account are to be maintained if the Total Income is exceeding Rs.1,20,000/- or the Gross receipts from profession other tahn the specified Profession like,Doctors etc.,exceed Rs.10.00 lakhs.
