FDI Policy–Circular 2 of 2010

Dear All,

Please find attached the consolidated FDI Policy–Circular 2 of 2010 issued by DIPP. The present consolidation subsumes and supersedes all Press Notes/Press Releases/Clarifications/Circulars issued by DIPP, which were in force as on 30^th September 2010, and reflects the FDI Policy as on 1^st October, 2010.  This Circular accordingly will take effect from 1^st October, 2010. Its next revision will be published on 31^st March, 2011.
