| the dealer was registered only for manufacturing . But later on after addition in registration all inventory of RM sold after payment of VAT. |

wen sale of raw materials are included in vat / cst registration , then the issue is under knowledge of department,
there would be no case of misdeclaration if above formalities are done properly.
