what are the causes for failed to show proof for source of cash deposit in bank in CIT appeals ?
what are the orders commissioner can do if failure of evidence ?
any prosecution will.be there ?

if source not shown....you will be taxed @ 60%.an additional cess can be levied which can be increased up to 25% and edu cess of 3%. totally u can be taxed up to the max rate of 87.55%
