Failed to file itr - 1 for assessment year 2017- 2018

No option to file ITR for the previous FY

 But if you get notice from the IT department you can file ITR with reference to that notice

How to get notice from the department can we get notice through online or go and contact the ITO and get manually 

It will issued by the tax authority on the basis of their personal decision,  Assesse can't do anything for that
