I am doing Contract Got TAN in Financial Year 2015 - 2016 Filed Q4 in March 2016 then no sub contract made so not filed anything now gave a subcontract in Financial Year 2017 - 2018 in 4th Quater i want to know whether i want to file nil return for all year from march 2016 to Dec 2017 then only i can filed current Jan 2018 to March 2018 q4 or i can directly file the Q4 in 26Q any fine will be made from the department pls kindly do the needful

you can directly file the return now also.
You can login to traces account later and submit there that statements for the relevant quarters are not filed by selecting reason, year, quarter etc from the drop down.
No notice as such will be received but in case if you, then you can give reason for non filing as no transaction, as you mentioned you do not have any transactions where it attracts tds.
