I am doing Contract Got TAN in Financial Year 2015 - 2016 Filed Q4 in March 2016 then no sub contract made so not filed anything now gave a subcontract in Financial Year 2017 - 2018 in 4th Quater i want to know whether i want to file nil return for all year from march 2016 to Dec 2017 then only i can filed current Jan 2018 to March 2018 q4 or i can directly file the Q4 in 26Q any fine will be made from the department pls kindly do the needful
