A person's demand notice had come by showing more income in last year's ITR 1 and his reply has also been given in the correct, can it be improved. If yes then how then please suggest me.

Anshu P, If you replied to your demand notice and if the reason provided by you is tenable in law and satisfactory nature by the officer, then your demand proceeedings may be closed, otherwise they initiate the demand proceedings.
