My client has two manufacturing units in a same premisis. there is a common boundry wall for both of the units.
Now he sold one unit. does he have to build his own boundry wall.

Its depends on mutual agreement .
a seperation wall should exist to avoid clubbing of all rules and provisions under ................factory act/ esi/pf/pt/excise/servicetax/vat/cst and all allied rules where clubbing can be done.
