iam facing problem when doing offset error is

 Offset the CGST tax Liability before cross utilization of IGST credit against SGST tax liability ?? please help

IGST can be utilized first for Payment of IGST then for CGST after full liability set off of IGST and CGST if balance still available in IGST credit only after that can be utilized for SGST

Then at first set off full CGST liability first if after this balance available in IGST ledger then use it for SGST liability set off
