WHTHER FOR FY 10-11 & FY 11-12 ----------FINANCE ACT 2010 WILL BE APPLICABLE since DTC is applicable from 1/4/2012.
my 2nd question is for fy 10-11+fy 11-12 for tax audit & for retailers falling u/s 44AD limit is upto 60 lac .wht limit is specified for sec 44AD+44AB in DTC?
Dont confuse yourself with DTC and finance Act.. DTC will come only from 01.04.2012 so there will be another finance act which will be passed in parliment for the year Fy 2011-12.
