Hello All,

I am IT Professional Working in Pune. I work part time also ( different IT firm) along with the full time job.  For the last financial year I have F-16 ( from full time) and F-16 A issued  by part time company.

I wanted to know , will there be any kind of problem if  while filing my return for both the forms ( F-16 and F-16 A)??  The part time firm has deducted tax for the payments made.  Is it advisable to declare both forms ( F-16 and F-16 A) ??

Please help ...I

There will not be any problem in filing both the form 16 as well as form 16A in your income tax return. There are many individuals who have tax deducted in both form 16 & form 16A. For eg. You are earning salary have invested some funds in fixed deposit. So TDS will be deducted in Form 16 for salary and 16A for interest on FD.

You will definately have to show both your certificates in the return as the said TDS must have been booked against your PAN and you have to show corresponding income to claim the TDS amount.

U should show both and there wont be any problem in that.  Aditya is correct.
