if EGM is called by BOD on request of member who hold 12%of total paid up share capital on 12 Jan 2017 but on such date only such requested member is present .

Meeting will be adjourned because of quorum
In case where meeting is called on request of member then there are no provision of adjourned of meeting becausein case meeting is cancelled
but i am confused that if requested member is present but quorum not present then such provision applicable or not

Meeting shall stand cancelled if required quorum is not present in case meeting called by requisitionist
This thing not effect such provision that requested member also present in meeting
Then the Board of Directors have called EGM at Shorter Notice, The EGM notice shoulld be sent to all shareholders (mentioning the EGM at shorter notice) to get consent of 95% shareholders(individuals) to convene the EGM at shorter Notice.
