yes, but consent of all members should be taken for short notice before the meeting.

YES COMPANY CAN CONVENE THE EGM AT ANY TIME IRRESPECTIVE OF THE PREVIOUS EGM HELD AS BECAUSE EGM ITSELF STANDS FOR AN URGENT MATTER WHICH CAN OCCUR UNCERTAINLY  AND SHOULD BE RESOLVED AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

BUT I THINK COMPANY SHOULD TAKE CONSENT OF ALL THE MEMBERS TO CONVENE EGM AT SUCH SHORT NOTICE
