Does anyone know if there is extension for filing Annual return under Uttar pradesh VAT, due date for which is 31st October 2011?

Dear Nair,
U.P. VAT Annual Return last date 31 oct of the year. if your return may delay, you can take time from your assessing authority upto 90 days. but U.P. GOvt govt. may extend period to filing annaul return. So be happy no tension.

I got some information that last date is extended upto 30th Nov 2011, is this true. can you please let me know notification for the same.

Yes it is confirmed Notification is still awaited but it is highlighted on official website of up vat.
