I guess the due date has been extended only for those for whom e-filing was compulsory.

It for all assessee or only who is mandatory to file returns online ???????????????

Its for all assessee who is laiable to file ITR on or before 31 July.

Thanks for updating
Ye to hona hi tha. . .

sab return file karne k bad notification aya.........kya kare..............

This is only who has 10lak and more income and to whom made mandatory Online Filing Returns, Not for all.....

Thanks a lot sir

Thankyou for the update

There is no such specification in the notification , that this extenson is granted or meant only for those for whom it is mandatory  to file return online., it clearly says it is meant for those assessees who have to file return by 31st july.As per my understanding , it is for all the assessees for whom the due date is 31st july.
