ITR Filing due date remains same i.e., 30.09.2013.

Representations have been made. But treat 30.09.2013 as due date. 

Extension? why. On the contrary there should not be any extension except for  technical or IT related problems. We make all the system ridiculous by extending due date every time.

Due to departments problem the it department extend the as ninsense. It sec 271 B says if the assesse fail to submit the return the department have power to fine upto Rs 150000/ but the department failed to keep the site  for easy filling. Are you sure the department may drop the fine u/s 271B are the assess may file case on department

if manually not filled within due date cut electronically filled before 31-10-2013..what will be the consequences?.. pls help..
