Extension of articleship and Final exam

Dear sir/madam,

I have been discontinued from office after 6 months of joining of articles and I didn't filled the form. Now after 3 years from my joining date , I came to fill the completion form and my excess leaves are 600 days. Am I eligible to write exams. And any other effects due to this?

Kindly reply to my query

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses concerns about articleship completion and eligibility for final exams after a period of discontinuation. The advice given is to submit the completion form (Form 108) with details of excess leave to the institute. Eligibility for final exams is contingent upon completing 2.5 years of articleship and awaiting a formal reply from the institute regarding your specific situation.

Does your principal sign the form of completion specifying excess leave if yes, then submit the same to the concerned zonal office, and regarding appearing for your Final exams you will be eligible to write the same only after completion of 2.5 years of articles.

My three years of articleship ends on 05th Aug 2022, now I'm with principal to complete, the form 108 with excess leaves. Can I conclude from your reply, that I m not eligible to write the exams for the upcoming attempts!?

You have to check your eligibility by submitting your Form108 including excess leaves if any  to the institute and wait for the reply from them regarding your eligibility for appearing in final exams.Secondly you can read the rules and regulations for appearing in Final exams which is available to the students who are appearing for exams before 2 to 3months from the date of exam.
