my articleship is going to complete on 26th july 2012 in Itarsi my hometown, I m a PCC student, but there is extension of 09-10 months(approx) which i want to complete in bhopal which is above the range of 50 km.of itarsi. Can i do that?, Is there any problem which i'll will faced in future regarding this. please reply. my principle is ready to give me transfer. What are the legal formalities regarding transfer/ termination?
There will be no Problem. Fill out the transfer form and submit it to the institute, and then again fill out Form 102/103 for the new CA.

Yes, you can do. Fill form 109 before august.
