Can we export to Nepal without payment of duty under LUT if payment is received in Indian Rupees. If so, please provide the relevant Notification.

Yes you can export to Nepal w/o payment of duty whether the currency is INR or not under notification no.42/2001 CE NT dated 26.06.2001 as amended.
