We are a mfg Exporter, But we want export as a merchant exporter against CT-1 as brought out items.
My query
1. It is possible or not.
2. If possible what is the procedure.
3. this figure will shown in excise Return ER-1 (MFG unit)

A manufacturer exporter can act as merchant exporter also. He can procure material under Ct-1 and can export it. The manufacturer exporter / merchant exproter can procure material under CT-1 and can export it.
