Hi,

I have to export excisable goods to Dubai. Someone told me i can send it by filing ARE-1 Form or U.T-1 Form. Can anyone tell which will be beneficial for me on tboth cases i.e Excise Duty Paid on Raw Material and Excise Duty not paid for Raw Material.

Regards,

Bharat

Manufacturer can export the excisable goods without payment of duty under letter of undertaking and Merchant exporter is required to execute a bond so that goods can be cleared by the supplier-manufacturer wihout payment of duty.
