Export of service (software) to usa

I am woking for a Forgein Company which is Located in US and donot have any branch in India, all payment through banking channel , work is done online by providing system support. I have following queries 

1. Should I need Aproval / Permission / Licenses from the Govt? If so please let me know the procedure to be followed to have the authority in doing oursourcing / export of service from India to USA. 

2. For earning Forgien exchange am i entitled to get some benifit for forgein Exchange earings i.e in USD
