Export of Goods Tax Rate.

I am buying a Good from Weaver (5% GST TAX) and I am going to sell this goods to another party, who will Give job work in Mumbai and then export it. so what tax rate should I put. Can I put 0.01% ?

For Making the supply to Merchant Exporter @ 0.01 %, Notification No. 40 & 41 applicable.

According to these Notifications, below documents have to be submit in your GST range office before supply :

1. Purchase order copy

2. RCMC of export promotion council of Merchant exporter

3. copy of GST certificate of M.Exporter.

i.e. first you need to have the PO from Merchant Exporter with this concessional rate of GST.

Also there are some more conditions are available in respective Notifications regarding this supply, such as M. Exporter have to make the physicl export within 90 days, In Shipping Bill your name should also be appear along with M Exporter Name etc..

So please just check these conditions before making the supply.
