Sir, We are export Free Sample alongwith sale goods which mfg.ed by us only. We are clearing the goods preparing ARE 1 without payment of duty.
Dear
The material is cleared under rule 19 of central excise rule as duty free sample. Hence the material will be cleared as samle and with mentioning the country name and it is also reuired to submit the proof of excport i.e. shipping bill and bill of lading.l
